Honda celebrates Pahiyas Festival 2017

Lucban, Quezon – The season of Philippine festivities is mostly celebrated every May and Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI), this time, celebrates with Lucban, Quezon the Philippine’s most colorful harvest festival, and last year’s 3rd Best Festival in the country last May 15.

Themed as “Garbo Pahiyas 2017”, Honda invaded Pahiyas Festival, with a record of 2Million visitors in just a day. The local government of Lucban is again successful in providing more amusement to its visitors from different parts of the Philippines and abroad who are as excited to witness the Festival to celebrate bountiful harvest of the province expressed through extravagant dress-up of 600 houses in Lucban, Quezon using fruits, vegetables, kipings, and other farm produce, as decors.

To add more Honda fun, the Gen-S society of Lucban joined the thrilling Honda BeAT Dance Craze hyped with the launching of the latest model line-up of Honda (Click125, Click150, BeAT, Wave110) which stimulated the morning activity of the tourists. And the grand parade enveloped the air with the marching band and Higantes by Honda. It was a Honda everywhere festival and Gen-S everywhere society that fashioned the Pahiyas festival during the event which added fun and brought out the Gen-S spirit in each visitor.

Honda, occupying the street of Rizal Park, provided every facet of the festival with motorcycle superiority to everyone in attendance: 1st is the grand prize for the best dressed house that creates a stand-out among other entries, Honda’s underbone motorcycle that best fit the standout, the all-new Wave 110; 2nd is the display of the Gen-S Sports and AT models for the visitors to witness its real-life stylishness; 3rd is the sharing of Honda’s Number One priority – the Safety Riding offered for the zero-knowledge with one-on-one training taught by HPI’s Safety Riding Promotions Department, Mr. Neil Reyes and Ms. Carol Andal while at the same time providing Gen-S Riding experience of Honda’s Gen-S models to the riding visitors.

Honda’s Gen-S story continues to share the Gen-S experience to the growing Gen-S society as Honda wants to keep the element of Gen-S fun spread in millennial Riders.
