Bigger and Better: Isuzu Breaks Ground for New Dumaguete Dealership

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), in partnership with its long-time dealer group Southern Auto Mart, officially broke ground on the new site for Isuzu Dumaguete, marking the start of a major expansion that promises improved services and facilities for customers in the region.

The new dealership will follow the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS), IPC’s nationwide initiative to modernize its dealer network with customer-centric and fully equipped facilities. “We are truly excited about this new location for Isuzu Dumaguete,” said IPC President Mikio Tsukui during the ceremony. “This move brings the Isuzu brand closer to our valued customers in the area, making our vehicles and services more accessible while raising the overall customer experience.”

Located on a 3,144-square-meter lot, the new dealership will feature a 251-square-meter showroom capable of displaying up to four vehicles, including Isuzu’s popular light-duty trucks. Customers will benefit from a more engaging and convenient visit, with an expanded product lineup and modern amenities. The service area will include four well-ventilated bays designed to handle both light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and commercial vehicles (CVs). A comfortable, purpose-built customer lounge will also be available for clients while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

This relocation comes at a time of steady economic growth in Dumaguete, where demand for mobility and transport solutions continues to rise. The expansion is part of IPC’s broader strategy to grow and modernize its dealership network nationwide, ensuring accessibility and quality service for customers across the country.
