Ford Philippines recently celebrated its top dealer partners in sales, service, and customer experience at the 2024 Ford Dealer Convention held at Okada Manila.
The awards were divided into three categories: Sales, Service, and Customer Experience (CX), honoring teams and individuals who excelled in the past year. The Sales category recognized individuals and dealer teams with the highest number of Ford vehicle sales. The Service category honored those who provided excellent after-sales service in warranty, parts, accessories, and extended service business. The CX category acknowledged individuals and teams for achieving high customer satisfaction scores in sales and service.
“We congratulate our outstanding dealer employees and teams for their excellent performance, which greatly contributed to Ford Philippines’ success last year,” said Mike Breen, managing director of Ford Philippines. “We hope these accomplishments will inspire and motivate the rest of our dealer community to continue delivering an exceptional sales and service experience to our customers.”
