Ford Philippines enhances its pickup truck line-up with the launch of the new Ford Ranger XL+, a more accessorized and practical version of the entry-level Ranger XL. Designed with both work and leisure in mind, the Ranger XL+ now comes equipped with previously aftermarket-installed features—bed liner, side steps, and retractable cup holders—bringing more value and convenience to pickup owners straight from the showroom.
For only ₱10,000 more than the standard XL, the XL+ offers these functional upgrades pre-installed using genuine Ford accessories, coupled with a complementary 5-year warranty for worry-free ownership. Priced at ₱1,279,000, it is available in Absolute Black, Arctic White, and Aluminum Metallic color options.
These enhancements not only elevate the vehicle’s look but also improve usability: the bed liner shields the cargo area from damage, the side steps aid entry and provide added body protection, while the cup holders keep drinks secure on the go.
Under the hood, the Ranger XL+ is powered by a 2.0L Turbo Diesel engine with a 4×4 drivetrain and 6-speed transmission, offering dependable performance in any condition. With its double wishbone front suspension and leaf spring rear, the truck ensures a smooth ride across varying terrains. Inside, it features a rugged black grille, reflector headlamps, and a 10-inch portrait touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keeping drivers connected on every journey.
