Ford Philippines recently staged its annual Ford Skills Olympics, a nationwide competition designed to recognize and celebrate the expertise of dealer sales, service, and technical personnel. The event reinforces Ford’s commitment to enhancing the overall ownership experience by ensuring that its frontliners possess world-class skills in customer engagement, technical know-how, and service delivery.
Held at the Ford Parts Distribution Center in Laguna, the 2025 edition of the Ford Skills Olympics gathered over thirty participants, including Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and Technicians from various dealer groups across the country. Each participant underwent rigorous written and practical examinations that tested their mastery of Ford products, processes, and repair and maintenance procedures.
This year’s event was anchored on the theme “Ford Siklab,” which embraced a festive “Philippine Fiesta” atmosphere to highlight the values of local culture, community spirit, and teamwork – the very principles that drive Ford’s dealer network. “At Ford, we believe that one of our greatest strengths lies in our dealer network – and that means investing in the development and growth of our dealer teams through the Skills Olympics,” said Pedro Simoes, Managing Director of Ford Philippines.
The Ford Skills Olympics not only celebrates technical excellence but also strengthens camaraderie and collaboration among dealer teams. By recognizing and rewarding top performers, Ford Philippines continues to raise the bar for customer satisfaction, reinforcing its mission to deliver a truly world-class ownership experience for every Ford customer.
