Suzuki Philippines and Gateway Group Open Suzuki Auto Sta. Rosa to Drive Growth in Southern Luzon

Suzuki Philippines and MG Gateway Mantrade Corporation recently celebrated a new milestone with the grand opening of Suzuki Auto Sta. Rosa, a testament to their enduring partnership and shared mission of delivering dependable mobility solutions to Filipinos. Located along Km. 49 Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road in the progressive city of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, the new dealership marks Gateway’s third Suzuki facility, further expanding the brand’s presence in Southern Luzon. With Sta. Rosa dubbed the “Lion City of the South,” this strategic location positions Suzuki to better serve the growing automotive demands of the region.

The opening ceremony was led by Mr. Norihide Takei, Director and General Manager for Automobile Division of Suzuki Philippines. In his remarks, Mr. Takei expressed deep appreciation for the Gateway Group’s commitment to the Suzuki brand. “Today marks a big milestone—not just for Suzuki, but for the entire MG Gateway Mantrade family,” he shared. The new facility features a four-vehicle showroom and a six-bay service area, offering customers a complete experience—from exploring Suzuki’s latest models to receiving efficient, customer-centric aftersales support.

Executives from MG Gateway Mantrade, including Chairman Markane Earle Goho, President Raymund Roque Basubas, and Vice President Martin Paulo Arancon, were present to show full support. Mr. Goho emphasized the alignment of values between the two companies, noting Mr. Takei’s hands-on leadership and shared dedication to service excellence. Vice President Arancon added that the launch was a fitting celebration of Gateway’s 21st year in the automotive industry, expressing gratitude to Suzuki Philippines, financial partners, and their loyal clients who continue to believe in their vision.
