Yamaha Motor Philippines officially unveils the all-new Aerox and Aerox SP—two bold iterations of its top-performing AT motorcycle that bring race-inspired design and innovation to everyday riders. These new models are built to combine thrill and technology, with the Aerox SP offering advanced features for riders seeking maximum performance and intelligent control, while the standard Aerox caters to daily commuting with a supersport edge.
At the heart of both models is Yamaha’s refined 155cc Blue Core engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA), delivering efficient, responsive power across all speeds. The Aerox SP takes this further with Yamaha’s new Electric CVT (Y-ECVT), enhancing throttle smoothness and acceleration. It also features selectable Ride Modes—Sport and Touring—for adjustable power delivery, and 3-level Downshift Control for fine-tuned deceleration and greater handling precision.

The Aerox SP’s advanced rider interface includes a vibrant 4.2-inch full-color TFT display, offering smart visuals like animated RPM graphics, lap tracking, and commute stats. It also supports turn-by-turn navigation via Google Maps, accessible through the Yamaha Y-Connect app. This connectivity provides live updates on fuel use, maintenance reminders, diagnostics, and even the vehicle’s last parked location—turning every ride into a smarter experience.

Safety and comfort are central to the Aerox SP, which comes with a single-channel ABS, Traction Control System (TCS), and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) for greater confidence on the road. Convenience is also elevated with features like the Smart Key system, Stop & Start System, and a built-in USB-C charging port. Its upgraded rear disc brake, 30mm inner front fork, and new wide tubeless tires deliver better handling and braking performance.
Both Aerox models share Yamaha’s supersport DNA, expressed through a redesigned cockpit inspired by the R-Series. With a 5.5L fuel tank, 24.5L underseat storage, and handlebar-mounted controls, riders are empowered with long-range capability and quick access to key functions. The standard Aerox maintains the same engine and core features but focuses on a balanced riding experience for daily users who prioritize performance, design, and comfort without needing the full track-spec setup.
Launched at the 2025 Yamaha Motorshow in One Ayala, Makati, the Aerox series represents Yamaha’s latest push in the AT performance segment. With the Aerox SP leading the charge, Yamaha blends speed, technology, and style in one powerful package. The Aerox SP is priced at PHP 163,900 and comes in Matte Blue, while the standard Aerox is available for PHP 125,900 in Race Blu, Glaze Blue, and Yamaha Black. Both are available at YZone, RevZones, and Yamaha 3S Shops nationwide.
