Designed for riders who crave exploration and self-expression, the PG-1 took center stage in a weekend packed with hands-on workshops, thrilling test rides, and creative customization contests. At the heart of Yamaha’s showcase was the PG-1 Outdoor Custom Throwdown, launched in three exciting editions. The Bikers Build-Off featured five of the country’s top builders—HB Customs, Mark Paolo, Motoyaki Customs, 1008 Moto Garage, and Club Makina—each transforming the PG-1 into a rolling masterpiece in just one month. For the Campers and Travelers Builds, PG-1 owners brought their own customized rides, reflecting real-world adventure setups. These personalized builds lined the venue, giving attendees fresh inspiration and a sense of community through shared passion.

Beyond the competition, Yamaha’s Explorers’ Nook offered an immersive space for riders and guests. With bike restoration podcasts, customization workshops, coffee hangouts, and a camping-themed photo booth, it was a haven for moto-culture. Outside, a specially built test ride course showcased the PG-1’s off-road capability, featuring rugged obstacles like logs, sand, and rough terrain. On day two, winners were crowned: Motoyaki Customs took top honors in the Bikers Build-Off with a bold military-inspired design, while Crisanto Francisco and Oliver Herrera emerged victorious in the Campers and Travelers categories, respectively. Yamaha continues to champion the spirit of exploration, proving that the PG-1 is more than a motorcycle—it’s a lifestyle statement and a canvas for creativity.
