With hard work and dedication, the company was incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 27, 1979.

Motortrade celebrated its 50th year in the industry in 2019. With more than 5 decades in existence, the company now has more than 800 branches nationwide.

Motortrade’s affiliate group of companies include Honda Prestige Trader’s Inc. (HPTI), Motortrade Topline Inc. (MTI), Motorsave and Motorjoy Depot, Inc. among others, were created to further strengthen the Motortrade brand. The small hardware store originally started selling Honda motorcycles but now carries other brands like Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, and Kymco.
