Zeekr Philippines Officially Launches the Luxurious Zeekr 009 Electric MPV

Zeekr, the global luxury mobility brand under Geely, made a grand entrance into the Philippine market with the official launch of its flagship all-electric luxury MPV, the Zeekr 009. The launch event, held at The Fifth at Rockwell, showcased the brand’s vision to lead the country’s premium EV segment, setting a new benchmark for executive-level, sustainable travel.

Zeekr Philippines operates under the Autohub Group, one of the country’s most respected automotive distributors. With the Philippine automotive market shifting rapidly toward electrification, the Zeekr 009 arrives at a crucial time, combining electrified performance, elegant design, and world-class craftsmanship to meet the demand for upscale, high-performance electric vehicles.

Designed to serve as an executive lounge on wheels, the Zeekr 009 offers an extraordinary cabin experience. The second row is equipped with Sofaro First-Class Airline Seats with Nappa leather, a foldable table, and individual massage functions. A high-tech ambiance is enhanced by a 15.05-inch OLED touchscreen, a 17-inch rear ceiling-mounted OLED display, dual Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chipsets, and a 30-speaker Yamaha surround sound system, ensuring a high-end entertainment experience for every passenger.

Performance-wise, the Zeekr 009 is no less impressive. It features a dual-motor AWD powertrain delivering a total of 580 kW (777 hp) and 810 Nm of torque, achieving 0–100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. The 108 kWh lithium batterysupports a maximum range of up to 702 km (CLTC). Ride comfort is enhanced by an air suspension system and CCD Electromagnetic Vibration Reduction, offering a serene travel experience on Philippine roads.

Safety remains paramount, with a high-strength aluminum rear-end frame and seven airbags, ensuring passenger protection. Additional peace of mind comes from an industry-leading 8-year warranty for the high-voltage battery, along with 24/7 roadside assistance, elevating the ownership experience for Zeekr customers.
