Shell Philippines recently gathered industry leaders, partners, and customers for the Shell Tech Forward: Solutions for the Future conference at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. Adding valuable insight to the discussion, University of Asia and the Pacific economist Ronilo Balbieran shared a data-driven assessment of the Philippine economic outlook.
