The journey began in Quezon City and continued through San Fernando, Pampanga, where participants were invited to test the Y-ECVT’s versatility and responsiveness in real-world conditions. On the scenic highways of Central Luzon, riders experienced firsthand how Yamaha’s newest technology adapts seamlessly between city cruising and long-distance touring—empowering them to take command of every stretch of the road.

The Yamaha Riding Academy (YRA) guided participants through the innovative Y-ECVT Hand Signal System, demonstrating how to switch between Touring and Sports modes and utilize the three-level downshift controls. Along the Jose Abad Santos (JASA) Highway, Touring Mode delivered smooth, effortless acceleration for relaxed rides through Pampanga’s key cities. As the route transitioned toward the coastal and mountainous roads of Zambales and Bataan, riders unleashed Sports Mode—harnessing sharper throttle response and superior handling through the twisty Bagac-Morong Road.

Each kilometer revealed more about the intuitive brilliance of Y-ECVT. Riders found that every gear shift and throttle response felt instinctive—like the machine understood their intent.
