inDrive Wraps Up 2025 as One of the Philippines’ Fastest-Growing Ride-Hailing Platforms

Global ride-hailing platform inDrive celebrates a breakthrough year in the Philippines, emerging as one of its most dynamic growth markets in Southeast Asia. In just its second year in the country, inDrive Philippines contributed 13% more to the region’s performance compared to 2024, thanks to its expansion into seven cities, the activation of 16,000 partner drivers, and the launch of safety-driven features in its app. These milestones underscore inDrive’s mission to build fairer, safer, and more accessible mobility for Filipinos.

This year saw a remarkable 8x increase in rides and 7x rise in passengers, driven by strategic expansion to more cities and a people-focused approach to technology. InDrive also strengthened its safety framework with features such as an emergency button connecting users to law enforcement, round-the-clock in-app support, and a dedicated Safety and Incident Management Team. The company’s commitment to innovation was recognized when it won the Philippines Technology Excellence Award for AI in Transportation at the Asian Technology Awards.

inDrive also fostered meaningful partnerships to improve mobility and community impact. Collaborations with PITXboosted seamless transportation from one of Metro Manila’s major transit hubs, while the launch of the country’s first regional EV fleet in Baguio City—in partnership with Device Design Green and Smart Corp and Transrev Documentation and Transport Services—offered greener commuting options. Meanwhile, ongoing work with TESDA, PNP-HPG, and the Department of Health supports driver education, safety standards, and smoke-free roads.
