Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has officially launched its expanded Calamity Assistance Program, a comprehensive initiative aimed at helping Isuzu vehicle owners recover from the growing number of natural disasters affecting the country. Introduced at Isuzu Biñan in Laguna, the program provides support for customers impacted by typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, ashfall, earthquakes, and landslides—broadening the coverage of last year’s Typhoon Assistance Program to address more types of calamities nationwide. This initiative underscores IPC’s commitment to supporting Filipinos during difficult times.
IPC President Mikio Tsukui emphasized the company’s dedication to customer care, especially in moments of crisis. He noted that calamities not only disrupt transportation but also affect livelihoods, making timely and practical assistance crucial. Through the Calamity Assistance Program, IPC aims to help customers restore their vehicles and regain mobility with confidence—strengthening the brand’s mission of being “Your Responsible Partner.”
The expanded program offers significant benefits to owners of all Isuzu light commercial vehicles (LCV) and commercial vehicles (CV), regardless of year model. Eligible customers whose vehicles were damaged by natural calamities can avail themselves of a 30% discount on essential parts and repair services. These include engine assemblies, transmission and drivetrain components, electrical parts, ECM/TCM modules, and collision-related body panels. However, non-critical items such as audio systems, monitors, sensors, alarms, and batteries, along with services like towing, painting, detailing, and accessory installations, are excluded from the coverage.
Running until December 31, 2025, the Calamity Assistance Program is available at participating Isuzu dealerships nationwide. Customers are encouraged to contact their nearest dealer to schedule an appointment and ensure faster processing. More than a discount offering, this program represents IPC’s long-standing commitment to responsibility and community support—ensuring that Isuzu owners have a dependable partner to rely on in times of need.
