Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has turned over a unit of the locally manufactured Mitsubishi L300to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), supporting the agency’s operational mobility in responding to fires and other emergency situations. The turnover highlights the practical role of commercial vehicles in public safety operations, particularly in emergency response, logistics, and rapid deployment, where reliability and versatility are essential.
With its compact design, strong payload capacity, and proven durability, the Mitsubishi L300 is well-suited for the operational requirements of frontline agencies such as the BFP. MMPC President and CEO Ritsu Imaeda emphasized the importance of equipping emergency responders with dependable tools, noting that the donation aims to help firefighters perform their duties more effectively during critical situations.

Assistant Regional Director for Operations, Fire Senior Superintendent Douglas Guiyab expressed appreciation for MMPC’s continued support, particularly for the BFP Sta. Rosa City Fire Station in Laguna. The Mitsubishi L300 is produced at MMPC’s manufacturing facility in Santa Rosa, reflecting the company’s commitment to local production while contributing to public service and strengthening the country’s automotive manufacturing sector.
