Inchcape Philippines and Mazda Philippines Announce Transition of Mazda Pasig C5 Retail Operations

Inchcape Philippines, through its retail arm ICATS Asian Motors Inc., and Mazda Philippines (Bermaz Auto Philippines Inc.) have announced the sale of the Mazda Pasig C5 retail operations to Bermaz Auto Philippines, effective 1 August 2026. During the transition period, both companies will work closely together to ensure uninterrupted service for customers, business partners, and employees while maintaining the high standards of sales and aftersales support expected from the Mazda brand.

For Inchcape Philippines, the divestment forms part of its disciplined portfolio management strategy, enabling the company to focus on brands, capabilities, and growth opportunities that align with its long-term business priorities in the Philippine market. Meanwhile, Bermaz Auto Philippines views the acquisition as a strategic step in strengthening Mazda’s dealership network and reinforcing its commitment to delivering an enhanced ownership experience for existing and future Mazda customers.
