PARAÑAQUE CITY, Philippines — Unioil Petroleum Philippines and Aramco have officially opened the country’s first Aramco-branded fuel station in Sucat, Parañaque, marking a major milestone in the Philippine downstream oil industry. The station is the first visible result of Aramco’s acquisition of a 25% equity stake in Unioil in 2025, combining Unioil’s strong local market presence with the expertise of one of the world’s leading integrated energy and chemicals companies to deliver a premium fueling experience for Filipino motorists.
The newly opened station introduces ProForce, Aramco’s branded premium fuel, alongside Valvoline Express Careautomotive services, offering customers high-quality fuel products and professional vehicle maintenance under one roof. It also serves as the first of several Aramco-branded stations planned across key locations, including North EDSA, Quezon Avenue, and the North Luzon Expressway, reflecting the partners’ long-term commitment to expanding premium fuel retail services in the Philippines.

“This is another milestone in Aramco’s growth story,” said Ziyad H. Al Juraifani, Aramco Vice President of Retail. “The Philippines has the growth and consumer demand to support a stronger fuel retail market, and that’s what drew us in. Unioil brings local market knowledge, and we bring global standards. Together, that’s a strong combination aiming to bring premium products to local motorists.” Meanwhile, Kenneth C. Pundanera, President of Unioil, emphasized that the partnership is centered on enhancing the customer experience by delivering high-quality fuels, dependable service, and greater value with every visit.
Beyond fuel retailing, Unioil and Aramco are extending their collaboration through community development initiatives, including the renovation of basketball courts across Metro Manila to support youth development and grassroots sports. As both companies continue expanding their partnership, the launch of the first Aramco-branded station represents not only a new chapter for the local fuel industry but also a shared commitment to serving Filipino motorists and the communities they call home.
