VinFast E-Motorcycle Opens Nationwide Public Test Drives, Bringing Electric Mobility Closer to Filipinos

MANILA, Philippines — VinFast E-Motorcycle officially opens public test drives at its dealerships nationwide beginning July 31, marking the Philippine debut of its first electric motorcycle lineup. The initiative allows Filipino riders to experience the brand’s all-electric mobility firsthand, giving them the opportunity to ride the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper while learning more about electric motorcycle ownership, charging solutions, and battery-swapping technology.

Designed to make the transition from gasoline-powered motorcycles easier, VinFast is expanding its dealership network across the country, with additional locations set to open in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Metro Davao, as well as Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Bulacan. Throughout August, customers can visit participating dealerships to compare the three models, consult with product specialists, and explore available ownership options through interactive public experience activities.

Leading the lineup is the VinFast Evo, offering elegant styling, a top speed of 80 km/h, and a riding range of up to 150 kilometers with two fully charged batteries. The Feliz II delivers practical everyday commuting with a 90 km/h top speed, while the sportier Viper combines aggressive styling with 5,200W of maximum power and a 90 km/h top speed. All three models support dual under-seat batteries and are compatible with VinFast’s battery-swapping system, while also offering the flexibility of home charging or battery subscription plans.

To further support electric mobility, VinFast plans to collaborate with partners in deploying approximately 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets nationwide, creating a convenient battery ecosystem for Filipino riders. Battery-swapping stations are already operational at select dealerships, where visitors can witness the brand’s one-minute battery-swapping technology in action.
