Rojas claims breakthrough victory as Yamaha dominates multiple categories and celebrates another milestone for its BLU CRU program
MANILA, Philippines – Yamaha Motor Philippines sustained its impressive 2026 racing campaign with another commanding performance at MOTOIR Round 4, collecting race victories, podium finishes, and category-leading results that highlighted the depth of the Yamaha Philippines Racing Team. From seasoned national racers to rising BLU CRU talents, Yamaha once again demonstrated its commitment to developing champions while remaining one of the strongest contenders in Philippine motorcycle racing.

Leading the charge was Timothy Rojas, who celebrated his first victory of the season after conquering the Motul Underbone GP Sprint Race. The breakthrough win marked an inspiring comeback for Rojas following injuries that sidelined him in Round 2, and he capped off his strongest weekend yet with a third-place finish in the Underbone Open GP Expert class. Meanwhile, McKinley Kyle Paz reaffirmed his pace by converting another pole position into victory in the Underbone Open GP Expert race, while April King Mascardo continued his remarkable consistency with a win in the Underbone LTD GP Expert category and runner-up finishes in both the Sprint Race and Underbone Open GP.

Yamaha’s rider development program also celebrated another milestone as BLU CRU rider Zain Doblada secured his maiden Supersport 200 GP victory, underscoring the success of Yamaha’s grassroots racing initiative in nurturing the next generation of champions. In the Supersport Bike Women’s Championship, Justinne Bethany Tolentino maintained her strong championship campaign by earning another podium finish with second place, further strengthening Yamaha’s presence across every major racing category.

With dominant performances from its established stars and emerging talents alike, Yamaha Motor Philippines once again showcased a complete racing program built on rider development, consistency, and championship-caliber performance. As the 2026 season heads into its succeeding rounds, the Yamaha Philippines Racing Team remains focused on carrying its winning momentum forward while continuing to embody the brand’s “Defy Limits” spirit both on and off the racetrack.
