Yamaha Grand Prix Round 3 Delivers High-Speed Action at Tarlac Circuit Hill

Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) brought another action-packed weekend to Tarlac Circuit Hill as the Yamaha Grand Prix (YGP) Round 3 showcased the skills of emerging talents and seasoned local racers. The event highlighted Yamaha’s commitment to grassroots motorsports, providing Filipino riders with a competitive platform to develop their skills and pursue opportunities on the international racing stage.

The weekend featured five categories: the YZF-R15M BLU CRU Junior Cup, YZF-R15M BLU CRU Dealer Cup, Aerox R&D Sprint Cup, Sniper 155 Limited Intermediate, and Sniper 155 Limited GP Invitational. From Saturday’s qualifying sessions to Sunday’s race proper, riders faced the challenging corners of Tarlac Circuit Hill in a series of competitive battles. Dealer teams also demonstrated their support for young racers, while the Aerox R&D Sprint Cup highlighted the potential of automatic motorcycles in competitive racing.

One of the major highlights was the YZF-R15M BLU CRU Junior Cup, where riders competed for an opportunity to join Philippine representatives Zain Doblada and Moses Reyes at the Yamaha bLU cRU R3 Asia-Pacific Championship in Thailand this November. Following a year of competition and accumulated points from YGP 2025 through Round 3 Race 2, Knox Pantaleon and Myron Delos Santos secured the top two positions on the leaderboard, earning their places in the international championship. Their achievement underscores the role of Yamaha Grand Prix in developing local racing talent and opening pathways to international competition.

With Round 3 completed, Yamaha Motor Philippines continues to strengthen grassroots racing through its dealer network and rider development initiatives.
