The official launch took place at the YZone Flagship Shop, where Yamaha executives emphasized the brand’s digital transformation and its mission to redefine customer engagement in the two-wheel industry. With this initiative, Yamaha becomes the first in the local motorcycle industry to implement a fully digital rewards program—further solidifying its pioneering spirit.
To showcase the app’s features and benefits, a live walkthrough demonstrated how users can create their unique Y-ID, earn points through customer efforts, progress through the tier system—Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—and unlock various rewards. This gave guests a firsthand look at the platform’s dynamic and interactive capabilities.

The participants engaged in various roles—from brand ambassadors and mechanics to service advisors—while navigating the platform’s features. The final challenge was held at the YZone Flagship Shop, where Inside Moto claimed victory with an impressive 11,100 points, reaching the Platinum tier.
