Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. brought its WE DEFY movement to the Visayas, gathering 80 Yamaha Club (YCLUB) riders in Cebu for an immersive experience that introduced Yamaha’s new brand identity while setting the direction for the future of the YCLUB community. Held at Plaza Independencia, the second leg of the WE DEFY series encouraged riders to step beyond their comfort zones, embrace new experiences, and pursue their own path while staying connected through their shared passion for motorcycles and adventure.

Following the riders’ briefing and unveiling of the WE DEFY branding, participants embarked on a midnight touring route from Plaza Independencia through the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) and Bridge Park toward TOPS Cebu, where they welcomed the first light of dawn. Organized according to motorcycle categories and guided by navigators and marshals, the ride transformed the journey into a shared expression of freedom, connection, and Yamaha’s defiant spirit. More than a simple motorcycle tour, the experience gave riders an opportunity to reconnect with the road, their motorcycles, and fellow members of the Yamaha community.

At TOPS Cebu, the riders gathered over breakfast to reflect on their journey and share their own WE DEFY moments, while Yamaha Motor Philippines highlighted the direction of YCLUB for 2026 and its role in bringing the new brand philosophy to life through future rides and community experiences. Following the first leg in Luzon at Kilometer Zero in Luneta Park, the Cebu gathering marked the second stop of the WE DEFY series, with the movement now set to continue to Mindanao. From Luzon to Visayas and soon to Mindanao, Yamaha continues to bring riders together under a shared spirit of adventure, freedom, and the courage to WE DEFY.
