In the Customer Handling Challenge, participants simulated real-world service scenarios, demonstrating how they communicate repairs, offer maintenance tips, and build trust with customers—all within five pressure-filled minutes on stage. Meanwhile, the Technical Skills Challenge pushed competitors to their limits with a complex engine fault diagnosed and repaired using the Yamaha Diagnostic Tool, all within just 60 minutes. This system interfaces directly with the motorcycle’s ECU, enabling real-time analysis and troubleshooting, making the challenge a true test of precision and speed.

At the end of the day, Leo Dumalag of 3S CDO 2 Cycle Marketing Lapasan emerged as NTGP Champion, earning a brand-new Yamaha Aerox, ¥40,000, and the honor of representing the Philippines at the World Technician Grand Prixin Japan this November 19, 2025.
