Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has officially launched the all-new Toyota Hilux, introducing a refreshed lineup that combines enhanced capability, updated technology, and improved safety while marking a historic milestone with the arrival of the country’s first-ever Toyota Hilux Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV). The latest generation of Toyota’s iconic pickup reinforces its reputation for durability and reliability while embracing electrification for the future of mobility.
The all-new Hilux continues to be powered by Toyota’s proven 2.8-liter 1GD-FTV turbo diesel engine, producing 204 PS and up to 500 Nm of torque, paired with either a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission depending on the variant. Designed for work and adventure alike, the Hilux also offers improved driving dynamics through selectable drive modes, while 4×4 variants benefit from advanced Terrain Select modes for tackling dirt, sand, mud, rock, and deep snow.

Inside, the Hilux receives significant upgrades in comfort and technology. Higher variants feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display, dual-zone automatic climate control, premium synthetic leather seats, and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which brings advanced driver assistance technologies to the pickup. Safety has also been enhanced with up to seven airbags on flagship variants, along with a comprehensive suite of active safety systems designed to improve driver confidence on and off the road.

Leading the new lineup is the Hilux 2.8 4×4 BEV, Toyota’s first battery-electric pickup available in the Philippine market, priced at ₱2,990,000. It joins a comprehensive range of diesel-powered variants catering to both lifestyle and commercial customers. Buyers can choose from five exterior colors for ICE models, including Ash (exclusive to Conquest and V), Attitude Black Mica, Super White II, Silver Metallic (exclusive to G and E), and the premium Emotional Red for Conquest and V variants. Meanwhile, the Hilux BEV is offered exclusively in Platinum White Pearl Mica, underscoring its flagship status in the lineup.

Toyota Motor Philippines says the all-new Hilux builds on decades of proven toughness while embracing the next generation of mobility. With improved technology, enhanced safety, expanded variant choices, and the introduction of an all-electric model, the latest Hilux aims to meet the evolving needs of Filipino motorists—from businesses and fleet operators to outdoor enthusiasts seeking dependable performance in every journey.
