Shell Pilipinas and Yanson Group Renew Fuel Supply Agreement to Support Public Transportation

Shell Pilipinas Corporation and the Yanson Group of Bus Companies have renewed their fuel supply agreement for the second half of 2026, extending a long-standing partnership supporting public transportation across the Philippines. Through Shell Fleet Solutions, Shell will continue providing fuel and mobility support to Yanson Group companies, helping sustain bus operations across major routes in the Visayas and Mindanao. The renewal underscores the companies’ shared commitment to reliable and efficient mobility as the Philippine transport sector continues to evolve.

Christopher Alli, Country Manager for Shell Fleet Solutions at Shell Pilipinas Corporation, said Shell remains committed to supporting transport operators with solutions that address changing business requirements, improve fleet efficiency, and help maintain business continuity. Atty. Julius Entila, Vice President for Administration (Luzon and Visayas) of the Yanson Group of Bus Companies, likewise emphasized the importance of having a dependable fuel and mobility partner that understands the demands of large-scale transport operations, particularly the need for consistent supply and operational support to keep buses running reliably across their route network.

As part of the renewed partnership, Michael Ramolete, Vice President and General Manager for Mobility & Convenience of Shell Pilipinas Corporation, and Dr. Hernan B. Omecillo, Chief Operating Officer of the Yanson Group of Bus Companies, discussed developments shaping the transport industry and opportunities for Philippine operators.
