Kia Philippines Expands Electric Lineup with the All-New Kia EV3

Kia Philippines, a subsidiary of ACMobility, has officially introduced the all-new Kia EV3, bringing award-winning design, advanced electric technology, and everyday practicality to the compact SUV segment. Recently named the 2025 World Car of the Year, the EV3 carries design and technology influences from Kia’s larger EV5 and EV9 while offering a more accessible package for Filipino drivers. “Our goal is to make electric driving a natural upgrade to daily life,” said Jay Lopez, Managing Director of Kia Philippines.

The EV3 combines a futuristic exterior with practical proportions designed for everyday urban mobility. Its evolved Digital Tiger Face, signature LED headlights, flush door handles, rear spoiler, standard roof rails, and 17-inch alloy wheels give the compact SUV a distinctive appearance while supporting aerodynamic efficiency. Beyond its World Car of the Year recognition, the EV3 has also received Red Dot Best of the Best and iF Design accolades, reinforcing its global design credentials.

Powering the EV3 is a front-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor producing 204 PS and 283 Nm of torque, paired with a 58.3 kWh lithium-ion battery. The model offers a claimed NEDC range of up to 511 kilometers on a single charge. Charging from 10% to 80% takes approximately 5 hours and 20 minutes using an 11 kW AC charger, while a 350 kW DC fast charger can achieve the same state of charge in approximately 29 minutes.

Inside, the EV3 features a technology-focused cabin highlighted by Kia’s 30-inch Triple Panoramic Display, combining the instrument cluster, infotainment system, and 5.3-inch climate-control display. Standard equipment includes leather upholstery, an eight-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual wireless charging pads, five USB-C ports, and a six-speaker audio system. Safety and driver-assistance features include Advanced Smart Cruise Control, Forward Collision Avoidance with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keeping and Following Assist, Blindspot Safety Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Safety, seven airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist, parking sensors, and a rear-view camera.

The all-new Kia EV3 is priced at ₱1,898,000, inclusive of a wall charger, but is available at a special introductory price of ₱1,868,000, representing ₱30,000 in savings. The offer also includes five years of free Preventive Maintenance Service until October 31, while warranty coverage includes five years or 160,000 km for the vehicle and eight years or 160,000 km for the high-voltage battery. Reservations begin September 21, with deliveries scheduled to start October 1. The EV3 is available in Aventurine Green, Snow White Pearl, Aurora Black, Terra Cotta, Frost Blue, Shale Grey, and Ivory Silver.
