The Evo starts at ₱62,900, with buyers able to purchase the battery outright or choose a battery subscription starting at ₱439 per month per battery, with the first year free under the current promotional offer. VinFast estimates that the Evo can provide a lower total cost of ownership over five years compared with an equivalent gasoline motorcycle, making operating costs an important part of its value proposition for young riders managing daily expenses.

Beyond practicality, the Evo brings a modern scooter design inspired by clean European styling, with rounded bodywork and a distinctive headlight. It is available in Olive Drab Light, Red Candy Tone, White Cyan Metallic, and Black Solid, while a 4.8-inch colour digital dashboard displays essential riding information. For riders who spend their days moving between classes, offices, errands, and social activities, the Evo is designed to combine everyday functionality with a youthful and contemporary look.

The Evo’s biggest advantage is its electric powertrain and flexibility for daily travel. With two fully charged batteries, it can travel up to 150 km and reach a top speed of 80 km/h. A single battery takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge, while two batteries require around nine hours, and subscribers can swap depleted batteries for fully charged ones in about a minute at available V-Green battery-swapping stations. Through the VinFast E-Scooter app, riders can also monitor vehicle and battery status and locate nearby swapping stations or VinFast showrooms. With its combination of affordability, range, charging flexibility, and modern design, the Evo is positioned as an electric scooter built around the everyday mobility needs of the next generation.
