Great news for SUV enthusiasts! Ford Philippines brings back its much-awaited Employee Pricing Program, giving customers the rare opportunity to pay what Ford employees pay when purchasing select Ford vehicles. Running until October 31, 2025, this exciting offer covers the Everest, Explorer, and Bronco, with massive discounts, flexible payment options, and special financing deals designed to make owning a Ford easier than ever.
First introduced in 2018, the Employee Pricing Program initially featured the Everest, Ford’s best-selling SUV. This year, the program returns bigger and better, now including the Everest, Explorer, and Bronco—each offering unbeatable cash savings, low all-in downpayments, and 0% interest financing plans. Customers can enjoy up to ₱700,000 in discounts, depending on the model and payment option.
| Model | Cash Savings | All-in Downpayment | Low Monthly Fee | 0% Interest Offer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everest | Up to ₱130,000 | As low as ₱79,000 | ₱19,303/month | — |
| Explorer | ₱700,000 | — | — | 0% interest, 20% DP, 60 months |
| Bronco | ₱600,000 | — | — | 0% interest, 50% DP, 60 months |
“In line with the upcoming holidays, we are thrilled to extend our employee benefits to our customers through this program,” said Ryan Lorenzo, Director for Retail Product Marketing and Business Growth at Ford Philippines. “Our customers are part of the Ford family, and with the Employee Pricing Program, we’re making it even easier for more Filipinos to experience the quality, capability, and comfort of our world-class SUVs.”

In addition to the Employee Pricing Program, Ford is offering more exclusive deals this October across its lineup, including cash savings of up to ₱100,000 on the Ranger, ₱220,000 on the Territory, and ₱40,000 on the new Everest Wildtrak. The Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 also comes with a ₱50,000 discount or ₱20,000 off with the 5-Star Care Package, which includes a 5-year warranty, 5-year service plan, and roadside assistance.
