Elf by YHI Philippines and Tenfold Autoworks seal distribution partnership

Strengthening its comeback in the Philippine Motorcycle Industry, Elf by YHI Philippines and Tenfold
Autoworks are pleased to announce a partnership agreement. Under this agreement, YHI, as the
only authorized distributor of Elf Lubricant in the Philippines, will collaborate with Tenfold Autoworks
a company that ventures into lubricant distribution and car service centers.

Tenfold Autoworks, is expanding and aims to increase its presence in the whole of Metro Manila
both for the automotive service centers and their lubes distribution thru route sales it has deployed
throughout the areas they are assigned to develop.

The YHI Philippines-Tenfold Autoworks partnership will combine each company’s brand equity and
internal distribution strength to not only ensure that they stay at the forefront of automotive oils
distribution, but also bring together expertise in business transmission, continuously offer customers
high-quality products and distinctive customer services that forge lasting customer relationships.
Elf by YHI Philippines and Tenfold Autoworks held their contract signing at Motech Service Center in Antipolo City as a pledge to the said partnership.
