The Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) has officially unveiled the poster and opened registration for the 14th Philippine EV Summit (PEVS), set for October 22–24, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Carrying the theme “Driving ASEAN Forward: Building an Integrated Electric Mobility Ecosystem,” the three-day event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily and comes as EVAP describes 2026 as a major inflection point for the Philippine EV industry, with electrified vehicle sales more than doubling even as overall new-car sales decline and the government targeting 50 percent EV penetration on Philippine roads by 2040.
PEVS 2026 will bring together the broader electric mobility value chain on one show floor, giving visitors opportunities to test-drive the latest EV models, compare electric two-wheelers and e-tricycles with four-wheel vehicles, and explore charging solutions ranging from home setups to industrial and fleet applications. The summit will also feature banking, financing, and insurance partners, while policy experts including representatives from the Department of Energy (DOE)will discuss the regulatory roadmap shaping the industry. EVAP President Willy Q. Tee Ten emphasized that the industry has moved beyond proving that EVs can work in the Philippines toward building the vehicles, charging infrastructure, financing, and policies needed to support wider adoption.

The summit also highlights the Philippines’ role in the regional transition to electric mobility as the country chairs ASEAN activities this year. PEVS 2026 will feature ACMobility Holdings Inc., the AutoHub Group of Companies, Toyota Motor Philippines, DOE, and exhibitors including Wuling Philippines, Nissan Philippines, Autowise, Pioneer Trucks, Technoplan, Dongfeng Motors, MERALCO, PESIN, Pyro X, EVOxCharge, NWOW International, Shandong Weiwei Power, Pioneer Insurance, Intercharge Corp., EEMI, Shandong Longli Electronics, FCC Philippines, Finasiatech Corp., ChargeCube Technologies, Shan County Chaofu New Energy, and WeCharge Hyperfast.
