FedEx Collaborates with Clark Authorities to Boost Cycling Advocacy by Installing Bicycle Repair Stations in Clark

FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, has donated bicyclerepair stations to support the government’s drive to promote cycling in Clark, Pampanga.

Together with the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), and Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), FedEx installedfive bicycle repair stations in the areas of Lakeshore Mexico, LausGroup of Companies, Chef Baboy and CVG Bakery, LCGcomplex in San Fernando, and Jollibee Guagua JASA.  

The stations are equipped with tools to perform basic repairs, such as changing a flat tire and adjusting brakes or derailleurs. Anyone riding a bicycle can now pull over, undertake a quick repair, and then continue on their journey.

The FedEx Bike Tool Stations is in partnership with Clark Development Corporation (CDC), Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), and Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC).
