Kawasaki Pulsar N250

  • Kawasaki Redefines Power with the Pulsar N250

Kawasaki redefines power at the 2023 Makina Motoshow during the launch of a world renowned reiteration of a well beloved brand.

Rouser has always been one of the stars in Kawasaki Philippines’ Regular Bikes line up as the epitome of power, manliness and reliability; and KMPC’s latest move shows riders exactly how important this brand is by introducing the world renowned brand “Pulsar” in the Philippine market – as a replacement for the well-loved Rouser brand at the 2023 Makina Motoshow.

Kawasaki kicked off the afternoon by welcoming riders into the specially designed Kawasaki booth with a sizzling hot dance number, followed by introductions of several Kawasaki VIPs present that afternoon, including Bajaj Auto Limited’s Country Manager for ASEAN, Mr. Alexander Maurya and Kawasaki Motors Philippines President and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Isao Sudo.

The highlight of the afternoon however came during the launch of Kawasaki’s newest model, and the first model to carry the famous Pulsar name, the Pulsar N250, followed by equal parts hot and informative dance numbers showcasing the bike’s specifications and features – A feat that one would have to see to believe.

Rouser to Pulsar : Your Power Redefined

The Rouser brand was introduced to the Philippines, more than a decade ago, as the motorcycle for the everyday alpha rider. At the time, while Pulsar was already internationally established, Kawasaki chose to create its own brand footprint by introducing a name that strongly resonates with the Philippine market.

Rouser for several years stood for power, manliness and reliability; the everyday bike for the rider who is a step above his peers, and is definitely a notch higher than other riders on the street. Rouser has also evolved to stand for camaraderie, friendship and loyalty to a brand. Rouser riders have been known to be one of Kawasaki’s fiercest supporters.
The move to shift to the more internationally-known Pulsar comes with the update in features and technology that Pulsar is more known for. Where Rouser was raw power, Pulsar was more technologically driven.

The Pulsar N250: Power.Precision.Control

The Pulsar N250 is everything that was amazing on the Rouser models, but simply – more, more, more. The Pulsar N250 is defined by three main words: Power, Precision and Control.

Powered by a 249cc, DTSI, Single Cylinder, Fuel Injected, Oil-Cooled Engine, the Pulsar N250 strikes the balance between excitement and approachability for both experienced and beginner riders.

Featuring technologies that Bajaj is well known for, the Pulsar N250 is equipped with systems such as Assist & Slipper Clutch, Nitrox Mono Shock Suspension, Digital Twin Spark Ignition System, Single Channel ABS, Dual Exhaust Systems, LCD Console Panel, LED Headlights, and USB Port, among others.

Kawasaki and Bajaj’s newest machine features fuel capacity of 14L, perfect for both city driving and short rides, a curb weight of 162 kgs, and a seat height of 795mm (2.9 ft) ideal for all types of riders.

The new Pulsar N250 is priced at PHP 161,500 and will be available in May 2023 at all Kawasaki dealers nationwide, so watch out for updates and announcements through Kawasaki Social Media Channels
