Suzuki Philippines officially launched the all-new Suzuki GN160, a backbone recreation motorcycle that combines timeless retro styling with everyday practicality, reliable performance, and modern functionality. Powered by a 162cc, 4-stroke, 2-valve, SOHC, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine producing 10.5 kW at 8,000 rpm and 14.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, the GN160 is designed to deliver an accessible and versatile riding experience for Filipino motorists. Its upright ergonomics, 760mm seat height, 178mm ground clearance, and compact 1,280mm wheelbase make it suited for daily commuting, weekend rides, café meet-ups, and motorcycle lifestyle activities.

The GN160 retains a classic motorcycle character while incorporating practical features for contemporary riders. Its styling highlights include a sculpted 11-liter fuel tank, iconic round LED headlight, semi-digital instrument panel, flat seat, upright handlebar, tank grips, steel hand rail, and powder-coated metal muffler. The motorcycle rides on 18-inch aluminum mag wheels and features a telescopic oil-damped front fork with rubber boots and a five-step adjustable twin rear shock absorber. Safety is enhanced by a single-channel front Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), paired with a rear drum brake, while a 5V 2.1A USB charging port, passing light switch, engine kill switch, and concealed helmet hook with lock add everyday convenience.

Priced at ₱125,000, the Suzuki GN160 is available in Pearlescent Black and Metallic Matte Concrete Gray. The new model is positioned as a stylish yet practical platform for riders who value individuality, customization, mobility, and recreational riding. Each GN160 purchase comes with a 3-year or 30,000-kilometer warranty, whichever comes first, giving owners added confidence as they take on daily rides and weekend adventures.
