VinFast Offers Nearly ₱3.8 Million in Incentives for New Electric Motorcycle Showrooms in the Philippines and Indonesia

VinFast has announced a special incentive program offering dealer partners up to US$60,000 (approximately ₱3.72 million) for each new electric motorcycle showroom opened in the Philippines and Indonesia. The initiative aims to accelerate the company’s dealer network expansion, create new business opportunities for local partners, and make its electric motorcycles more accessible to consumers. Financial support will depend on showroom size, floor area, and compliance with VinFast’s dealership standards, encouraging more businesses to participate in the growing electric mobility market.

Under the program, eligible dealer partners opening new showrooms by December 31, 2026, may receive basic support of up to US$40,000 (approximately ₱2.48 million) per location. An additional incentive of up to US$5,000 (around ₱310,000) is available for showrooms opened by October 31, 2026, while partners opening three or more stores may qualify for another incentive of up to US$15,000 (approximately ₱930,000) per location. The maximum combined incentive is US$60,000, or nearly ₱3.8 million, subject to the program’s conditions and dealership requirements. Peso equivalents are calculated using an exchange rate of ₱62 per US dollar.

Beyond financial incentives, VinFast will provide dealer partners with business consulting, marketing strategies, professional training, and guidance on showroom design, brand identity, operating procedures, and customer service. Partners will initially be able to offer the company’s battery-swapping electric motorcycles, including the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper, supported by VinFast’s expanding service and warranty facilities and assistance for service workshops. Vo Thi Cam Tu, Managing Director of VinFast E-Motorcycle Overseas Markets, said expanding the dealer network is central to the company’s strategy of building an electric motorcycle ecosystem in international markets while helping partners establish and operate their businesses.

The initiative forms part of VinFast’s broader plan to expand its presence in the Philippines and Indonesia, with the company targeting hundreds of stores across the two markets by the end of 2026. As of September 2026, VinFast reported 63 electric motorcycle dealerships operating across the Philippines and Indonesia. Through continued network expansion and support for local dealers, the company aims to bring its electric motorcycles and related services closer to consumers while encouraging the shift toward greener, cleaner, and quieter transportation across Southeast Asia.
