Yamaha Earns PDI Customer Service Recognition at Dealer Summit

The 2024 Yamaha Summit was held on February 1 which served as the company’s dealer convention. 

This activity embodies the evolution of Yamaha Motor Philippines advancing to the next level, delivering not just a product, but the signature Yamaha Brand to customers. 

The event centered on the unique style of Yamaha in building ties that connects every passion between their machines to dealers and then to customers. The company continues to captivate emotion in every rev and ensure confidence with high quality standards towards their products and services.

This is emphasized by their recognition by the Philippine Daily Inquirer ranked Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. as having the best customer service in the motor vehicle retailer category. The Philippine Daily Inquirer partnered with the worldwide data and business intelligence platform Statista, which offers a vast compilation of data, reports, and insights on more than 80,000 topics from 22,500 sources across 170 industries. An independent poll of over 11,000 Filipino customers who had either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about goods or services over the previous three years was used to determine the Philippines’ Best Customer Service 2023 rankings.
