Yamaha Motor Philippines continued its international campaign at Round 3 of the 2026 Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) held at the iconic Mobility Resort Motegi, where the Yamaha Philippines Racing Team once again tested itself against some of Asia’s strongest motorcycle racers. The race weekend provided another valuable opportunity for the team to gain experience, refine strategies, and further strengthen its competitiveness on the regional stage.

Representing the Hong Leong Yamaha Racing Team in the highly competitive Supersport 600 category, McKinley Kyle Paz delivered another solid performance, finishing ninth in Race 1 before improving to seventh place in Race 2. In the Underbone 150 category, Yamaha Racetech Philippines Racing Team riders April King Mascardo and Timothy Rojas continued their development in one of the championship’s most fiercely contested classes. Mascardo showcased his growing confidence and pace by finishing eighth in Race 1 and improving to seventh in Race 2, while Rojas displayed resilience and fighting spirit throughout the weekend, securing 18th place in Race 1 and 20th in Race 2 as he continued to gain valuable international racing experience.

While podium finishes remain the ultimate target, Yamaha Philippines views every race weekend as an opportunity for growth and learning. The experience gained at Mobility Resort Motegi represents another important step forward in the team’s 2026 ARRC campaign. Armed with greater knowledge, stronger determination, and a relentless drive to improve, the Yamaha Philippines Racing Team now shifts its focus to the upcoming rounds as it continues its pursuit of international racing excellence and its commitment to defying limits on the Asian stage.
