Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment (250cc–750cc), marks its 125-year legacy of Pure Motorcycling with the introduction of the 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650. Limited to just 625 motorcycles worldwide, with 125 units allocated to the Asia-Pacific region and only five units available in the Philippines, this exclusive edition celebrates the marque’s rich heritage through a striking fusion of timeless design and contemporary artistry. Registrations open on October 16, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Philippine time and will run until October 27, 2026. Interested customers can register via Royal Enfield’s official website, with deliveries scheduled to commence in November 2026 onwards in a phased manner. In the Philippines, the motorcycle will be available at a suggested retail price (SRP) of ₱492,000.

Retaining the Classic 650’s signature teardrop fuel tank and nacelle headlamp, the anniversary edition draws inspiration from Royal Enfield’s distinctive colour palette across the decades. A brass base pays homage to the brand’s earliest motorcycles introduced in 1901, while the bespoke Hypershift finish creates a captivating, colour-changing effect that transitions between red, green and gold as light moves across its surfaces. A gilded 125-year crest, exclusive side-panel badging and hand-painted pinstripes further elevate the motorcycle’s appearance, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail that have defined Royal Enfield across generations. More than a commemorative model, the Hypershift Classic 650 embodies the enduring appeal of classic motorcycling, enhanced by a distinctive finish created for this milestone celebration.

At its heart is Royal Enfield’s proven 650 Twin platform, combining mechanical simplicity, timeless character and effortless twin-cylinder performance. The 647.95cc, air-cooled-style twin-cylinder specification features a four-stroke, SOHC configuration, delivering 34.6 kW (approximately 46.4 hp) at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque at 5,650 rpm. Power is managed through a six-speed constant-mesh gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch. A steel tubular spine frame, 43mm telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers provide the foundation for its road-going character. Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 300mm rear disc, supported by dual-channel ABS. With its blend of proven engineering and exclusive anniversary styling, the Hypershift Classic 650 offers a distinctive expression of Royal Enfield’s commitment to keeping the spirit of Pure Motorcycling alive.
